Customs Import/Export Coordinator III

About This Role

Coordinate international shipments by preparing export documentation, working with freight forwarders and internal teams, and ensuring proper delivery of products for a medical equipment manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary export documentation to accompany international shipments from Quincy, Marlborough, and Natick
• Work with freight forwarders to schedule International Shipments and ensure proper pick up and delivery of products
• Coordinate International shipments with distribution staff
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Managers to allocate inventory for international orders
• Maintain files of required documentation and run reports to support International and Domestic shipments
• Operate Distribution software systems (Fedex Powership, SAP, KIVA, Intelligrated, and Worldlink)
• Support dock personnel as needed and report weekly activity and identified issues
• Address credit hold issues with International Finance personnel
• Work with Legal and International Marketing on new accounts
• Interface with Engineers, R&D, and manufacturing locations on special shipments of R&D and evaluation materials
• Obtain Transportation Certifications as required

Requirements

• 2-4 Years with High School Diploma and/or Equivalent experience, training , or apprenticeships
• Experience with export documentation
• Proficiency in Distribution software systems (Fedex Powership, SAP, KIVA, Intelligrated, Worldlink)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or Equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships
• 2-4 years of experience with High School Diploma and/or Equivalent
