About This Role

Provide exceptional customer support to Delta Airlines customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving travel-related issues and inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in accordance with Delta's policies and procedures
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Delta's products and services
  • Utilize knowledge of travel industry and Delta's systems to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
