Customer Service Representative

About This Role

Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience for a commercial and industrial door installation and repair company.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone or email, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering service assistance
• Identify and analyze customer needs, providing creative solutions and scheduling appropriate services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team member
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer management system
• Efficiently dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel to meet customer requests
• Develop an understanding of products and door services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service experience or administrative background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-stress situations with professionalism
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience or administrative background
