About This Role

This Customer Service Representative role involves managing high-volume incoming sales inquiries, assisting customers with purchases, and achieving assigned sales quotas in an automotive parts environment.

Responsibilities

Answer high volume incoming calls
Answer customer's automotive parts questions
Enter orders promptly and accurately
Assist customers with quotes
Properly greet and thank customer for calling

Requirements

Availability Monday thru Saturday 7:30am to 6:30pm
Maintain a professional appearance at all work times

Nice to Have

ASE Certification
Knowledge of Auto Parts or the automotive industry
Experience in Auto parts sales
Bilingual with English and Spanish
