Customer Service Representative

About This Role

This Customer Service Representative role involves managing high-volume incoming sales inquiries, assisting customers with purchases, and achieving assigned sales quotas in an automotive parts environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume incoming calls
• Answer customer's automotive parts questions
• Enter orders promptly and accurately
• Assist customers with quotes
• Properly greet and thank customer for calling

Requirements

• Availability Monday thru Saturday 7:30am to 6:30pm
• Maintain a professional appearance at all work times

Nice to Have

• ASE Certification
• Knowledge of Auto Parts or the automotive industry
• Experience in Auto parts sales
• Bilingual with English and Spanish
