About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in a financial services environment, troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and educating clients on systems and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Troubleshoot service issues and accurately enter service requests
  • Educate clients and advisors on systems, procedures, and self-service tools
  • Respond to inquiries across multiple platforms and systems
  • Process routine transactions and account service requests
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Document all interactions to ensure accuracy, tracking, and compliance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex policies in a clear, simple way
  • High learning agility and adaptability to various training formats
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while on live calls
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet for remote work

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience
