Customer Service Representative

About This Role

This role will manage inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and resolve warranty and dispute-related issues. It requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction within an onsite setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring excellent service delivery
• Address customer inquiries related to products, services, warranties, and disputes
• Document customer interactions accurately within the system to maintain clear records
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns when required
• Learn and apply knowledge of furniture-related products and services to assist customers effectively
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other tools to support daily operations
• Follow company protocols and maintain a business casual dress code while onsite
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and adapt to company-specific processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong ability to handle inbound calls with attention to detail and efficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to learn and adapt to product-specific knowledge, such as furniture-related queries
• Strong problem-solving skills to address warranty or dispute-related concerns
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to follow company policies, including dress code
• Willingness to work onsite in Irvine, California, during scheduled hours
