This role is for a Customer Service Representative responsible for being the primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Meet or exceed performance and service quality metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Nice to Have

- 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Bilingual abilities
- Strong conflict-resolution skills
- Basic sales or upselling experience
