Support customers by providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and assisting with solutions related to energy programs and services. Engage with customers through various channels and collaborate with internal teams to maintain positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings, training sessions, industry events, and informational activities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, messages, emails, or in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information regarding services and processes
- Monitor general market activity and share relevant observations with internal teams
- Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to support team goals and improve operational effectiveness
- Use approved digital and social media platforms responsibly to support outreach and engagement efforts
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information within internal systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of customer engagement or sales-related processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a related role
