About This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist internal and external customers with order entry, maintain accurate records, and provide impeccable customer support. This role involves processing transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and proactively identifying customer needs to recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer transactions in order entry system (orders, quotes, returns)
  • Maintain accurate customer and territory records, facility records, and document all customer interaction
  • Generate reports as needed
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain regulatory guidelines according to company, state, and federal policies
  • Adhere to Accounts Receivables policies and practices
  • Verify price and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer profitability profiles
  • Multitask within multiple computer systems and communication platforms simultaneously
  • Maintain current knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
  • Provide impeccable customer service and sales support, responding to queries and solving problems promptly

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications

  • High School Degree or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in SAP or related ERP
