About This Role

As a Healthy Living Customer Service Representative, you will ensure the department is well-stocked and maintained, provide superior customer service, and handle products and displays while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Stock and rotate items as needed
  • Assist with inventory control, including loading, unloading, and moving product
  • Organize, clean, and prepare back areas for night crew and incoming trucks
  • Organize merchandise on pallets to present the department appealingly to the public
  • Ensure integrity of shelf tags and signage, creating or preparing them as needed
  • Maintain standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation
  • Check shipments for out-of-date and damaged products to ensure freshness and quality
  • Build, stock, maintain, and take down store displays
  • Provide superior customer service by answering questions and assisting with selections
  • Merchandise product effectively and use suggestive selling techniques to build department sales

Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reading and writing skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, retail environment with detailed tasks
  • Attentiveness to customer needs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • No prior experience explicitly required, entry-level role.
