This role is responsible for handling outbound telephonic calls, ensuring positive patient experiences, and acting as a liaison between the company and its patients. It involves troubleshooting equipment, providing delivery information, responding to health plan inquiries, and processing orders.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound telephonic calls ensuring positive patient experiences
- Act as a liaison between the company and patients
- Verify patient information and troubleshoot equipment to resolve issues
- Provide delivery information and respond to health plan inquiries
- Process re-fill requests and escalate unresolved issues
- Complete and process any pending orders
- Take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service support experience within the healthcare industry
- Excel Knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual Spanish
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service support experience with the healthcare industry, Home Health Services preferred
