About This Role

Nurture new and existing relationships with territory reps, agencies, customers, and internal staff while processing orders and ensuring accurate and timely completion of duties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and nurture long-term relationships with territory reps, agencies, customers, and inside staff
  • Process simple to very complex orders
  • Communicate via phone and email
  • Ensure all duties and tasks are completed accurately and timely
  • Ensure customers receive excellent customer service
  • Build relationships with sales reps
  • Provide product availability and order status (ESD) via phone and email
  • Provide tracking information and issue Returned Material Authorizations (RMA)
  • Address job issues and deliver optimal solutions
  • Assist customers with all post-sales inquiries and questions in a timely manner

  • Detailed oriented, organized and efficient
  • Excellent technical capabilities to include MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new product information
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Lighting Sales Experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of NetSuite software
