Serve as a Customer Service Representative, acting as a liaison between the company and its customers to ensure satisfaction with HVAC sales and services, while identifying opportunities to present new technology and enhanced services.
Responsibilities
- Gain insight into service performance
- Document customer responses and impressions during visits with accuracy
- Perform site surveys and other types of checks to ensure quality
- Present new technology and enhanced preventative maintenance services to customers
- Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company leadership
- Monitor all maintenance data to proactively respond to situations before customers call
- Represent EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems positively to contract customers and team members
Requirements
- 2+ years Customer Service experience
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong verbal and listening communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Professional friendly demeanor
- Ability to solve problems and act with appropriate urgency
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2+ years Customer Service experience required
