Customer Service Representative

About This Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will greet customers, operate the register, and assist in maintaining store appearance and providing fast, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their needs
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Make purchase suggestions to customers
• Assist with the food program when required
• Maintain high standards for store appearance inside and out
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to accomplish daily goals

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry level, with retail or customer service experience a plus

Nice to Have

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• Motivation to advance in career
