Customer Service Representative

About This Role

Serve as a Tier 1 Customer Service Representative, managing up to 50 inbound calls and transactions daily, providing essential support for dealer referrals, order information, product support, and invoicing. This role acts as a primary switchboard contact and triage point for customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
• Route calls to appropriate resources within the company
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Enter accurate ordering information into the company system
• Triage customer inquiries and internal customer requests
• Identify if a customer need can be met or requires transfer to Tier 2 representatives
• Provide customers with order information and assistance
• Offer product support for parts and equipment

Requirements

• Ability to handle up to 50 calls and transactions per day
• Type 60+ WPM
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High degree of self-motivation
• Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment, and sense of ownership

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP
• Familiarity with Call Center software
• Familiarity with Sales Force
• Typing tests and call center background tests a plus
