As a Crew Member, you will be an integral part of the Wendy's team, contributing to a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Pitch in and help fellow crew and customers with a positive attitude
• Learn new skills and be a part of something good
• Make things right if something doesn't seem right
• Stand and move for most, if not all, of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food
• Serve customers with excellence
• Maintain a clean restaurant
