The Crew Member provides quality customer service, prepares delicious food, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers. This role ensures a positive customer experience, handles orders and complaints, and maintains a clean and safe store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide best in class customer service
- Assist with store operations
- Manage image and cleanliness of store
- Maintain food and team member safety
Requirements
- Excellent customer service ability
- Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Must embody Domino’s Values
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or applicable role preferred.
