A Dairy Queen Restaurant Team Member provides superior customer service, products, and a friendly experience. This role focuses on meeting or exceeding guest expectations in quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and products quickly, accurately, and safely
• Meet or exceed each guest's expectations in quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency
• Demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care toward guests and co-workers
• Operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Math skills for cash register operation and handling change
• Ability to communicate effectively in the work location's primary language(s)

Qualifications

• No previous work experience required.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in English for customer service stations
