About This Role

This role is responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately, and safely at a Dairy Queen restaurant, meeting or exceeding guest expectations in quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and products quickly, accurately, and safely
• Meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency
• Demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care towards guests and co-workers
• Complete all assigned tasks

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Qualifications

• No previous work experience required.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations
