About This Role

This role is responsible for providing superior customer service as a Dairy Queen Restaurant Team Member, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency for all guests. The team member will meet or exceed guest expectations by working quickly, accurately, and safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely
• Meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit
• Demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concern towards guests and co-workers
• Complete all assigned tasks

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Qualifications

• No previous work experience required.
