Join Chipotle as a Crew Member to prepare real food by hand, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a fast-paced yet rewarding restaurant experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo after training
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for customers
- Work in a team environment to ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members)
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Qualifications
- No prior experience required, as full training is provided
Nice to Have
- Experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook
