About This Role

As a Crew Member, you will prepare real food by hand daily, providing exceptional customer service and creating a friendly atmosphere. You will receive comprehensive training to confidently work at any station, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

Responsibilities

• Prepare real food by hand daily in the restaurant
• Work at any station (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo) after training
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers
• Support efforts to shift the future of farming and food

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members)
• Desire to learn how to cook
• At least 16 years old
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Qualifications

• No experience required, but experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, or cook is welcome
