Join Chipotle as a Crew Member to prepare real food by hand, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a friendly atmosphere while having opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand every day (no freezers, microwaves, or can openers)
- Work at any station, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, after training
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
Requirements
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members)
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is welcome.
