As a Crew Member, you will contribute to Chipotle's mission of cultivating a better world by preparing real food and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be trained across various stations, ensuring a friendly atmosphere for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Work across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
Requirements
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Desire to learn how to cook
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Qualifications
- No experience required; training will be provided
Nice to Have
- Experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook
