Join American Cruise Lines as a Crew Member for the 2026 cruising season, providing exceptional hospitality and food service while traveling the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-quality dining service
• Set up and break down meals and events
• Greet guests by name, offer menu/wine suggestions, and answer questions
• Relay orders and serve with attention to detail
• Maintain safe and welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces
• Respond to housekeeping requests
• Clean rooms, stock supplies, and organize inventory
• Support special events like embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties

Requirements

• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• American citizen or Green Card holder
• Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, for 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
• Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
