About This Role

Operate company vehicles to provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages, ensuring conformance to FedEx service features. This role involves covering all assigned routes within the station's service area and providing essential customer service functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles for courteous and efficient package delivery and pick up
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area
• Provide related customer service functions

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials, and respond to official inquiries
• Meet and maintain qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Six (6) months courier experience preferred
