Corporate Trust Client Services Executive

About This Role

Oversee Institutional Trust or Corporate Trust client service teams, responsible for advising, administering, and expanding existing client relationships, while driving innovation and ensuring prudent revenue growth for Regions Bank.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client services and performance of Trust business for Institutional Services
• Ensure retention of existing client relationships, maintaining a strong focus on prudent revenue growth
• Periodically review assignment of accounts to ensure proper account loading and resource allocation of associates
• Ensure relationships are managed according to policies and procedures so satisfactory audits and service standards are met
• Recruit, interview, and hire Area Managers for Institutional or Corporate Trust
• Act as a resource to answer questions, review documents, and establish fee guidelines for new business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with bank partners and other centers of influence
• Partner with Institutional Services management on identifying expansion opportunities and acquisition due diligence
• Engage in the budgeting and financial forecasting process
• Drive innovation through the development and implementation of new products and systems, enhancing efficiency and delivering value to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 12+ years of Institutional Services or Investment Management related experience
• Previous experience in building, managing and leading teams
• Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
• Experience and skills as a coach and leader
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally
• Proven and effective sales techniques
• Skilled in applicable computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.) and Corporate Trust related systems
• Subject matter expert in trust principles and capital markets
• Prior leadership, sales and marketing experience in corporate trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Twelve (12) years of Institutional Services or Investment Management related experience, with previous experience in building, managing and leading teams.
