This Corporate Controller will lead all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting for a construction services company backed by private equity. The role involves partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making and integrate newly acquired businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to support strategic decision-making
- Integrate newly acquired businesses and establish scalable systems and controls
- Drive process improvements to meet the rigor of a PE-backed environment and upcoming exit
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader within a construction or construction-services company
- Track record in a private-equity environment, ideally through growth and transaction/exit events
- Strong technical accounting expertise and hands-on leadership style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven organization
