Process and reconcile corporate action events, manage securities settlement, and provide client reporting and customer service for a multinational banking and financial services organization.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile corporate action events in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle securities settlement processing, trade matching, settlement, and reconciliations
- Monitor and analyze corporate action data for accuracy and report any inconsistencies
- Perform client communication and reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in corporate actions
- Banking/financial services knowledge
- Strong knowledge of corporate actions and financial processes
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
- Word, Excel, Access knowledge
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in corporate actions
