About This Role

Serve as a Customer Service Lead, ensuring high patient satisfaction through knowledge of departmental policies. Manage billing, appointments, and daily reconciliation while performing lead duties.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily front office operations with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Greet and assist patients/visitors in the check-in/out process in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate compliance with all revenue cycle responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing information, process appointments, and reconcile charge and payment entries and bank deposits daily

Requirements

  • 2 years directly related customer service experience in a clinic or family practice setting
  • High School Diploma
  • Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format
  • Skill to write legibly and record information accurately
  • Computer skills including MS Word
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years directly related customer service experience in a clinic or family practice setting.

Nice to Have

  • Associate's Degree
  • Experience with EMR and Clinical Trial Management System
