Contract Recruiter

About This Role

This contract recruiter role will support Robertshaw's talent acquisition efforts for US-based positions, focusing on end-to-end recruitment across various functions including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain. The role demands proactive talent sourcing and management of the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and hiring managers across the US to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from entry-level to professional and management positions
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Conduct screening interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
• Stay current on applicable labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and compliance regulations
• Assist with TA related projects as time allows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and labor laws
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting
