Contract Recruiter

About This Role

Support Alamar Biosciences' rapid growth by managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, specializing in biotech or life sciences roles. Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions
• Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and facilitate feedback loops
• Support offer development, negotiation, and closing processes
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing hard-to-fill roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or life sciences
