About This Role

Lead the vision, performance, and day-to-day operations of the marketing websites for Bloomberg Law, Bloomberg Government, and Bloomberg Tax. Guide the strategy to attract, educate, and convert audiences by partnering with various internal teams to align with business and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct overall website strategy, including business positioning, information structure, revenue optimization, and campaign support
  • Shape UX across the site, including navigation, content hierarchy, and user flows based on customer needs and data
  • Lead and manage a team, setting priorities, defining goals, planning resources, managing performance, and day-to-day execution
  • Coach and develop a team of high-performing strategists and producers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
  • Guide the team on best practices and technical direction, providing hands-on development and problem-solving assistance
  • Lead discovery, planning, and prioritization for website initiatives, including new features, templates, and optimizations
  • Work with engineering partners to plan and launch updates to create dynamic, intuitive, and useful website experiences
  • Manage website integrations and data flows, including CRM
  • Set and monitor site performance KPIs to improve engagement, conversion, and technical health
  • Champion an experimentation mindset and run tests to optimize usability and speed to conversion
  • Oversee governance for content, design standards, and accessibility
  • Maintain a smooth operational rhythm for updates, publishing, and QA

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience leading website strategy or operations
  • Minimum 3-5 years of people leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and digital user behavior
  • Practical experience with GTM, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, web design tools, and CMS platforms (WordPress)
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience leading website strategy or operations, preferably for a complex B2B or SaaS organization; minimum 3-5 years of people leadership experience
