The Consumer Training Operations Specialist will design, deploy, and manage engaging learning materials to support associate training across the Consumer Division. This role focuses on creativity and technical expertise to deliver impactful service, sales, and procedural training, including managing all training performance and LMS reporting.
Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling and effective training for Retail Branches, Customer Care, and Digital Relationship Banking teams.
- Develop, upload, and maintain training materials within the Vault.
- Administer content, reminders, and assignments via Workday.
- Assign and track training courses for associates to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Best practices in content development and adult learning methodologies
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Ability to perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in a Business or Education field preferred.
- Prior experience in the financial service, training, or education industry preferred. Experience in training content development and instructional design.
