Consumer Training Curriculum Coordinator

About This Role

The Consumer Operations Curriculum Coordinator develops and aligns the Operations Curriculum within Consumer Training with current Consumer key initiatives. This role focuses on creating engaging learning materials to support associate training across the Consumer Division.

Responsibilities

• Create a well-rounded curriculum for Retail Branches, Customer Care, and Digital Relationship Banking teams.
• Collaborate with Consumer Training Specialist to develop curriculum into Workday self-guided training and enhance live Teams trainings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Guide the effective rollout of new curriculum and initiatives within Consumer.

Requirements

• 3+ years in financial service, training, or education industry
• Associate's degree or higher in Business or Education (preferred)
• Experience in training content development and instructional design
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of best practices in adult learning methodologies
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Ability to perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a Business or Education field is preferred.
• 3 or more years in the financial service, training, or education industry with experience in training content development and instructional design.
