Install and maintain plumbing, electrical, framing, and painting for commercial facilities. This role involves performing routine repairs and inspections to ensure optimal building conditions and working with a team to complete tasks.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, and framing
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs including electrical systems, fixtures, and piping
- Conduct painting and surface preparation, drywall patching and installation
- Execute carpentry tasks such as doors, frames, and cabinetry
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues efficiently
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and safe condition
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related trades
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean DMV record
