About This Role

Manage construction projects by knowing contract documents, permits, and schedules, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will track progress, approve project tracking, and monitor environmental constraints.

Responsibilities

Know contract documents, safety plan, permits, and project agreements
Set expectations and lead team members for construction projects
Complete Safety Assessments / CIL's (unifier) and QA/QC (Unifier) and Site Photo's
Develop a good relationship with the contractor
Ensure project quality by knowing specifications and drawings
Track project progress and approve project tracking (CSU)
Monitor environmental constraints before and during work activities (SWPPP)
Manage the team to gather information for reporting
Communicate effectively with the Project Manager
Submit reports/trackers by Fridays End of Day 5pm project time

Requirements

15+ years of experience in construction management

Qualifications

At least 15 years' experience in construction management
