This role is for a Business Analyst III specializing in SAP S/4HANA FICA module, providing subject matter expertise for a Greenfield SAP implementation within a utility operation. You will review and recommend on key design, technical artifacts, and business process designs, supporting configuration of billing and invoicing processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise for SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the FICA module
- Review and provide recommendations on key design artifacts, technical artifacts, and business process designs
- Support configuration of billing and invoicing processes
- Help standardize and redesign processes as part of a Greenfield SAP implementation
- Attend regular stand-up meetings and participate in workshops
- Complete follow-up work, reviews, and deliverables from workshops remotely
- Collaborate closely with internal business counterparts and system integrators
- Support SAP-related questions as the team progresses through implementation phases
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience
- At least two SAP implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield)
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- SAP FICA module expertise
- Utility industry experience
- Billing and invoicing process configuration in SAP
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience with at least two implementations
Nice to Have
- SAP Activate certification
- SAP FICA module certifications
- ABAP development experience
