Business Analyst III (Non-IT)

About This Role

This role is for a Business Analyst III specializing in SAP S/4HANA FICA module, providing subject matter expertise for a Greenfield SAP implementation within a utility operation. You will review and recommend on key design, technical artifacts, and business process designs, supporting configuration of billing and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the FICA module
• Review and provide recommendations on key design artifacts, technical artifacts, and business process designs
• Support configuration of billing and invoicing processes
• Help standardize and redesign processes as part of a Greenfield SAP implementation
• Attend regular stand-up meetings and participate in workshops
• Complete follow-up work, reviews, and deliverables from workshops remotely
• Collaborate closely with internal business counterparts and system integrators
• Support SAP-related questions as the team progresses through implementation phases

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience
• At least two SAP implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield)
• SAP S/4HANA experience
• SAP FICA module expertise
• Utility industry experience
• Billing and invoicing process configuration in SAP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience with at least two implementations

Nice to Have

• SAP Activate certification
• SAP FICA module certifications
• ABAP development experience
