Lead the construction of luxury residential homes and outdoor projects as a Foreman, contributing to a family-owned business specializing in design and build in Seattle.
Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and interpret construction plans, sketches, and details
- Perform physically demanding work consistently, including lifting 60+ lbs
- Receive direction from project managers and supervisors
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years landscape labor experience in general residential construction
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans, sketches, and details
- Ability to receive direction from project managers and supervisors
- Mobile app literate
- Reliable, on time to work
- Dependable transportation
- Valid WA state driver’s license
- Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis, including lifting 60+ lbs
- Basic hand tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years landscape labor experience in general residential construction
