Oversee daily operations of underground utility projects, ensuring work meets safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Lead and supervise installation crews while providing technical guidance and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise underground crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Direct involvement with utility inspectors and 3rd party inspectors
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of work performed
- Resolve issues, providing technical guidance to team members
- Interpret and work from technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Train and mentor team members, promoting professional development and growth
- Collaborate with project coordinators, project managers and superintendents to ensure project success
- Follow company procedures in accordance with foreman training and standards
Requirements
- Strong technical background in underground utilities
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- OSHA 30 Construction Industry
Qualifications
- Experience with underground utilities preferred
