The Construction CPM Scheduler will lead scheduling efforts for complex building construction projects from preconstruction through active operations. This role involves developing and managing CPM schedules, analyzing risks, and supporting project teams in making informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop CPM schedules from conceptual through construction documents
- Serve as primary scheduler for assigned projects
- Visit jobsites to validate progress and sequencing
- Update schedules based on actual field conditions
- Identify schedule risks and communicate impacts to project teams
- Perform critical path and float analysis
- Support recovery planning for delayed or at-risk activities
- Assist with CPM training for Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years planning and scheduling vertical building construction projects
- Advanced CPM scheduling experience using ASTA, Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong command of construction sequencing and means/methods
