Actively seeking a Conflicts Attorney for a top law firm to review conflict reports, provide detailed analysis, and collaborate on resolving conflict issues.
Responsibilities
- Review conflict reports prepared in connection with the business intake process
- Provide detailed analysis and advice directly to partners
- Collaborate with members of the firm to resolve conflict issues
- Draft conflict waivers and facilitate requests
- Review conflict reports prepared in connection with the new hire process
- Implement and maintain ethical walls and other legal screens
- Provide guidance to a team of non-lawyer specialists in support of the business intake process
- Answer queries from attorneys and professional staff across the firm
- Be available for urgent matters, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- JD
- Active Bar Association in State you Live
- 1+ years of Conflicts Attorney experience in a Corporate Law Firm
- Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and JD
- 1+ years of Conflicts Attorney experience in a Corporate Law Firm
