About This Role

Manage the onboarding process for new communities, ensuring timely delivery of telecommunications services and maintaining strong relationships with property stakeholders. This role involves coordinating with various teams, tracking project milestones, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant and ongoing communication regarding project status with property stakeholders
  • Facilitate decisions to ensure excellent customer service and positive customer relationships, provide timely responses to inquiries
  • Maintain consistent presence and visibility at assigned property(s) and be responsive to requests from customers or builders’ personnel
  • Maintain weekly presence during new construction projects and move-in processes after TCO
  • Coordinate and assist with creating schedules to ensure on-time delivery
  • Track project tasks utilizing Site Tracker and Salesforce to ensure all milestones are met and identify risk points
  • Work cross-functionally and with business partners to mitigate circumstances preventing on-time qualitative delivery
  • Prepare meaningful daily/weekly project status and executive reports
  • Meet with Sales Office personnel for introduction, overview, and sales material needs assessment
  • Collaborate with operational teams and create orders for all operational needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in project management or business)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecommunications or related technical field
  • Proven track record of managing a successful project throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous use of Salesforce.com
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to Interact/Support Executive Level Leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in project management or business
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecommunications or related technical field

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
