Warehouse Associate

About This Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing warehouse operations, maintaining inventory controls, and reconditioning equipment to meet product demands. This role also involves customer support through stock inquiries and maintaining organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking equipment status, reconditioning, and disbursement
• Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet agreed product demands
• Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct customer installation purposes
• Respond to and follow up stock inquiries by e-mail, telephone, and personal visits
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual support
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
• Carry out inventory research, and replenishment for satellite locations
• Safely unpack and evaluate incoming product for correct count and condition
• Safe operation of material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years' Warehouse work experience
• Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Active and clean, non-restrictive, state issued driver's license for remote warehouse driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years' Warehouse work experience
