Drive business-to-business sales for commercial cleaning and facility services within a protected territory, engaging in proactive prospecting and building long-term client relationships to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Sell 360clean’s commercial cleaning & facility services in a protected territory
- Prospect new business through outbound calls and email outreach
- Conduct in-person prospecting and relationship-building with local businesses
- Schedule and conduct walkthroughs with prospective clients
- Present customized proposals and close new commercial service agreements
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience preferred, or customer service/operations experience

- CRM experience
- Territory management skills
