About This Role

Drive business-to-business sales for commercial cleaning and facility services within a protected territory, engaging in proactive prospecting and building long-term client relationships to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Sell 360clean’s commercial cleaning & facility services in a protected territory
Prospect new business through outbound calls and email outreach
Conduct in-person prospecting and relationship-building with local businesses
Schedule and conduct walkthroughs with prospective clients
Present customized proposals and close new commercial service agreements
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals

Requirements

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of sales experience preferred, or customer service/operations experience
