Commercial Roofing Technician

About This Role

Join our team as a Commercial Roofer, responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of various commercial roofing systems. We are seeking experienced individuals to ensure safety and quality in all operations.

Responsibilities

• Install different types of commercial roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope systems
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other tools of the trade
• Follow OSHA and other regulatory agencies' job site safety regulations, demonstrating safe work practices
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility for task completion
• Climb and operate on ladders, and handle at least 50 lbs
• Effectively communicate with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial roofing
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to pass a background check per company standards
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial roofing
