Commercial Roofing Technician

About This Role

This role is for an experienced Commercial Roofer to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial roofing systems, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install different types of low-slope roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, and coatings
• Safely operate various hand tools and power tools of the trade
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and other job site safety guidelines, demonstrating safe work practices
• Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility
• Climb and operate on ladders, and be able to handle at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Requirements

• Reliable form of transportation
• Acceptable background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial roofing experience preferred
