About This Role

Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) are essential members of St. Luke's clinical care teams, supporting patient-centered care across multiple specialties. This role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality care, patient education, and contributing to positive patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care and patient education in collaboration with providers and clinical staff.
• Build strong patient relationships and contribute to positive patient experiences across diverse clinic settings.
• Work as part of collaborative care teams to support clinic operations and clinical excellence.
• Provide clinical support in Family Practice clinics, including rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting with exams and procedures, and supporting preventive and acute care services.
• Join the Dermatology team, assisting with patient intake, rooming, dermatologic procedures, and patient education.
• Support the Sports Medicine clinic with rooming patients, vitals, clinic flow, and provider support in treating musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current national medical assistant certification (e.g., NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA)
• Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team
