About This Role

Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients while overseeing the care team and providing education and training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner
  • Oversee the care team
  • Provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes
  • Help orient new employees
  • Ensure every patient receives the highest quality care

Requirements

  • Current state license as a registered nurse
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment

Nice to Have

  • BSN
