Clinical Coordinator

About This Role

The Clinical Coordinator will lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease, overseeing treatment, guiding clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of care and safety. This role involves coordinating patient care plans and monitoring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience
• 6+ months dialysis experience
• Charge RN readiness approval
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis

Nice to Have
